its the breed. most rockies have a thick neeck...the thinner the neck,the less,i dunno how to say, just arent as popular? but he only gets sweet feed occasionally, & its mainly oats & hay

Now, I feel stupid, but is his neck a part of his breed, because his neck is just gorgeous! It's big and thick! Is that the breed or are you feeding him some wonderful feed i need to know about
