Hi everyone! My name is Rachel and I've been riding horses since I was 7. I ride hunter/jumper (English).  I've only ever shown one season when I was in 4th grade.  Although I haven't been taking regular lessons (due to a LOT of sports and dog showing) I've still been going to horse camp every summer. Now my hopes are to start taking lessons again and show some in the spring!

~Rachel :)

Very proud to say how quick this horse has learned how to be a gentle, child friendly horse, and a loving bestfriend who's always there, no matter what it is. Horses never bail on you <3

Hallo. I am 20 and hail from Nevada. My first horse is coming home on Saturday. I've been fortunate enough to have beeen involved at least a little bit with horses off and on throughout my life, but this is truly kickarse. The sweetiepie in question is a 9 yo Spanish Arabian mare and is my poofywoodlepunkincuddlewufflekins, thankyou very much.

Looking forward to learning and talking on here.

If you would like a horse, try this web site... www.tbfriends.com  all the horses are FREE.  They are rescued from feed lots and many come straight from the race tracks.  Sad ending for many that cannot be saved.  Save a horse and visit this site.  Joe and his wife Cathy try to save as many as they can from slaughter.  These horses are beautiful and many have blood lines beyond compare.  Please pass the word.  In many cases, they will transport them to you for free...  Please, Please pass the word.  Look for yourself.  California is turning a blind eye to what the feed lots are doing.  And the horse racing industry should be ashamed of themselves for treating these TB's as disposable assets.

if you are looking for a good horse, try this site...  www.tbfriends.com  all of the horses are free to good homes.  If you really love horses, you'll pass this information along.  Please open your heart to a horse in need.  Many of these horses are straight from the race tracks and are headed for certain doom.  Slaughter houses in Mexico and Canada are buying them up by the truck loads for cents on the pound.  Blood lines beyond compare.  Just look, you'll see.  Every day, TB Friends rescues as many as he can.  Many race tracks in California are closing and horses are being treated as disposable assets.  Sad, very sad.  Transportation is available.  Please pass the word.  Read the blog every day and you will soon see, this situation is unbearable.  Please help...
