| Hello, everyone. As most of us know, the tragic death of Eight Belles was very sad and heartbreaking. I'm sure most of us have lost a loved pet or person sometime in our lives, just as the owners and friends of Eight Belles just have. If I can locate some contact info of the owners of Eight Belles, I'd like to send this page to them. I hope it cheers them up. Please post respects for Eight Belles. Thank you! ~Cavallo~
Eight Belles......rest in peace. We love you!

When I watched the race on TV, I was so excited to see a filly running. Eight Belles was the only one to get close to Big Brown at the finish. I was so worried when I saw her go down, and I almost cry every time I think about what happened. Eight Belles was a truly great racehorse.

May the (small) horse be with you! I'm a Creationist partly because Creationists don't usually ridicule or fire people who don't agree with them. Check out how evolutionists act.... Duct tape is like the Force-it has a light side, a dark side, and binds the universe together. "Once you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." Good horse training advice from Sherlock Holmes.

I htought Eight Belles was going to win, and she almost did, when I found out what had happened I truly cried. She is one of those horses who wouldn't stop until they have fullfilled their goal. I know she was more than a race horse with major potential to you, she had-like any horse- a personality, a heart, and you loved her. When she died, I know more than just a race horse died, a friend died too. She will forever leave hoofprints in our hearts.

-Rest In Peace Eight Bells- She was truly an amazing race horse, but she was so much more as well. She ran with the boys, and forever she will be remembered. She had such grace, speed, power, and so much more. -R.I.P Eight Bells. You were loved by so many, you won the hearts of so many, and you were so special to so many. You will forever live in our memories and hearts.-

| I know this is kinda crazy, but I will write a letter to Eight Belles. Dear Eight Belles, How was it racing with the boys? Was it scary? What kind of horse were you??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? We hope that you R.I.P!! We all miss you. I personally think that you should have won that race. It's not common for a filly like you to race against the boys, and you took a good lead. Big Brown almost won, you were in the lead, Then you fell, And Big brown wound up winning. It doesn't matter how fast you're, it's the heart that counts. Well, I should leave you to run and race with the other horses that went through that same thing that you did. WE LOVE YOU!!! WE MISS YOU! Love, All you fans of the world

This is my horse Bilbo. He is such a good horse. He has a chunky trot. Thats as fast as I've ever gone on him. I tend to daydream on him out in the paddok and he just sits there and daydreams too. He is a good horse. "I don't know why the trees change in the fall, but I'm positive that your not scared of anything at all." I want to see myself in ten years on an olympic horse team. That was my aunt's dream, now it is mine.
