| In an effort to stop the clogging of the boards, I have made this topic. So here you can put all your horse stories that you really want to tell someone but that would just take up space. I'll start: what should I tell you guys... OH! I just read this post by Woodrow's Mommy that made me realize what a special boy my horse is. He came to his old owner becuase he was pretty. She couldn't ride him though, so she donated him to a University. As the story goes, he would not let anyone in his stall at UGA. He would bite, kick, anything to keep them out. Well this sounded strange to me since he's such a lovey boy now and he'll let anyone pet him. He even has little kids that have anger management problems ride him as a theraputic horse so I can make some extra money every once in a while! But anyway, Woodrows Mommy was saying that at the universities they do really mean things to the horses to expirement and then discard them however they want. Well about a month after he left his owner for UGA, Beau came back down the same gravel driveway he left. But apparently he was afraid of humans becuase they were mean to him. so he still wouldn't let anyone in his stall. Well I was leasing a pony at that barn, and I didn't know to be afraid of Beau. So I just walked right up and he let me pet him and go into his stal and everything. So then my mommy bought him and fixed him and all of his bad habits. Somewhere along the way she got it into her head that she was going to Rolex or something. So she recently bought a new horse and I got Beau. And we all lived happily every after. Except for when he gets excited and his old habits resurface/

I went to a show last weekend and it halter, I've trained my horse how to smile (I'm pretty obessed with teaching my horses tricks ) So when the judge was in front of me, my horse thought I was telling her to smile (I put a fist out in front on me when I tell her 2) she put her lip up and won't stop! hee hee I luv her :D
