Hey guys I kinda need help. I just got an account on this website a few days ago so I'm sort of new to it. Does anyone know how to edit your profile and add a signature and avatar? I've been trying to find it for a while. If you know then can you please please PM me? Thanks I really appreciate it.

Your Control Panel is where you can make all those edits and changes. The left hand columns are broken up into the different parts of your account that you can edit or update.
