| Ok, so the other day was our 4-H horse show. Usually my mare and I get like 5-6th place or even no ribbons at all at these shows.... but GUESS WHAT?! We got 1st, I repeat FIRST in SPEED DASH! (run around barrel) We got 4th in barrels... and got a 19.9 when our average in that arena is 24!!!!!!!!!!!! (The fastest run ever in this arena is a high 17. The major barrel racers who are like 18+ were getting 19's!! I can't believe April!! omg!) We got 3rd in one-barrel pennant... never done this before!!! We got 4th in keyrace... she wouldn't go through the poles since our accident!! she did at this show FINALLY!! We got 2nd in Jumping Figure 8!! omg! that was AMAZING! haha... and I fell off when we were running home after the jump. she decided to go right, and was like WHAT?! and I flew off the left side and did a face plant, but only after sliding on my shoulder first. I'm ok, just sore!! but hey! we still got SECOND!! And then we got 4th in pole weaving... which she was WAAY out of control on. eeeekkk! But GUESS WHAT?! We knocked a pole and STILL PLACED FOURTH!! lol! She has never EVER ran that fast or hard for me.. so say good job to my baby April. She is such a good girl <3 I love her to pieces!!

Congrats! I know what an amazing feeling that is to finally do so well after struggling for so long. Great job! Keep it up! thanks!! I just can't believe we went from a 24 in barrels to a 19... and almost beat the REALLY good people! and got 4th in poles and knocked lol!! thanks again :)
