OK, so I want to get a black QH that can barrel race. I like the color pink but am definitely getting a gelding. But REALLY think he would look cute in them. Am I crazy or would it look OK if a guy is wearing PINK!?
Any Help would be appreciated!

| The horse won't care, so if you like it, go for it!

There's the whole "tough enough to wear pink" thing going around for breast cancer awareness (which I think is incredibly awesome, by the way) so you should find lots of pink! I think it's perfectly fine for a gelding to wear pink, I just don't use it on my horse very much because he is a bay and looks best in green or blue.

The horse won't know the difference, so yeah it's a good idea. The only time I thought it was weird that someone was wearing pink is when, on Halloween, there was a man handing out candy, and he was dressed up as a fairy princess. That was just plain ugly.
 Thanks Sal101 for the siggy!

I bought all pink stuff for my barrel pony who is a mare, but at small shows I will put it on my gelding. Everyone laughs at him and makes jokes like, oh your horrible mom is putting pink on you and stuff like that. I just say he is comfortable with his sexuality and we are promoting breast cancer awareness :)
